江蘇省泰興經濟開發區是江蘇省沿江重點發展的化工園區，2005年被中國石油和化工工業協會命名為“中國精細化工（泰興）開發園區”，園區規劃面積85平方公里，已建成面積約20平方公里，匯集了美、德、英、法、日、新加坡及港澳臺等國家和地區的企業160多家。

項目主要內容：

精細化工產業系泰興經濟開發區的支柱產業，在全市的經濟總量中占有較大的比例和份額。我區在化工研發、工藝設計、安裝等方面每年產生的開發費用達數億元，據此本區將擬建一座化工產業主題大廈，具體內容為：化工產品發展方向的研究、產品工藝路線的設計、化工裝配制造設計研發、信息平臺集成及商務會展等。

Project undertaker profile: Taixing economic development zone is the along-river key zone in Jiangsu. In 2005, it was named as “China Fine-chemical (Taixing) Park” by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association with 85km² planning square. There are 150 enterprises from America、Germany、England、 France、Japan、Singapore、Hong Kong、Macao and Taiwan in the zone.

Market Analysis: The fine chemical industry is the pillar industry of Taixing economic development zone, which occupies a large share of economic aggregate in our city. The zone spends multi-billion Yuan on chemical research、process design and installation. The theme building of chemical industry contains chemical research、process design、chemical device design and research、information platform、business conferences and exhibitions.
